Please be sure to mention in your message:
1) The specific product you are requesting (e.g. project bag, pattern wallet, dpn organizer, etc.)
2) The exterior fabric pattern you would like.
(Because many fabric patterns are limited in availability, it is helpful to also include a second fabric choice in case we aren't able to provide your first request. We will confirm your order to let you know what we have available.)

Please note: We do not accept custom orders for design alterations, or for products we don't currently offer.
We will typically confirm your custom request within 24 hours - we will then set up a reserved listing on our site for you to purchase your order. We cannot proceed with your custom order until payment is received. Custom orders typically ship within three weeks of payment.
